Construction Of Security Room including all material, labour and machinery for water supply project Jabalpur. The construction will be executed as per the drawings attached. The construction incl. painting POP, flooring, tailing, fixing of doors and windows, plumbing, electrification, sanitary fixing etc. All the materials will be approved by the Engineer In charge before use. For Door: Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS:2202 (Part I), non-decorative type, with a core of blockboard construction, and a frame made of 1st class hardwood. The door shall have well-matched commercial 3-ply veneering with vertical grains or cross-banded sand face veneers on both faces of the shutter. The hinges for the door will be as specified. Providing and fixing factory-made UPVC door frame made of UPVC extruded sections, with an overall dimension as specified (tolerance ±1mm) and a wall thickness of 2.0mm ± 0.2mm. The corners of the door frame should be mitred and welded with plastic, galvanized brackets, and stainless-steel screws. The hinge side vertical of the frames will be reinforced by a galvanized M.S. tube of size 19 x 19 mm with a wall thickness of 1mm ± 0.1mm, and three stainless steel hinges fixed to the frame. The entire door frame is to be fixed as per the provided specification. For Steel Door Frames: Providing and fixing pressed steel door frames confirming to IS: 4351, manufactured from commercial mild steel sheet of 1.25mm thickness. This includes hinges, jambs, lock jamb, bead, and if required, an angle threshold of mild steel section 50x25 mm or base ties of 1.25mm pressed mild steel, welded or rigidly fixed together by mechanical means. The frame will also include adjustable lugs with split end tail to each jamb, steel butt hinges (2.5mm thick) with mortar guards, a lock strike plate, and shock absorbers as specified. After surface pre-treatment, an approved coat of steel primer will be applied. Additionally, the frame shall be of decorative type, with a core of blockboard construction, a frame of 1st class hardwood, and well-matched teak 3-ply veneering with vertical grains or cross-bands on both faces of the shutter, with specified hinges. For Window: Providing and fixing factory-made laminated veneer lumber glazed shutter conforming to IS: 14616 and TADS15:2001 (Part B). The shutter will use 4mm thick float glass panes for doors, windows, and clerestory windows, including ISI marked misprised bright finished butt hinges with necessary screws as per the direction of the Engineer. The shutters shall be 30mm thick. For Wall Tiles: Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (6 to 7mm thick) of approved make in all colours and shades, except for burgundy, bottle green, and black. The tiles will be installed in skirting, risers of steps, and dados over a 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), and the joints will be filled with grey cement slurry at the rate of 3.3kg per sqm. Pointing will be done in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade, completing the installation as per the Engineer-in-charge's instructions.
